Champagne Mango/Sour Mango/Native Mango

The green sour mango way back home is called native mango. Here it is called champagne mango. And it’s good that it will be peeled and sliced into thin small pieces. Put in a bowl and mixed with silver swan soy sauce with white sugar. Hmmm so yummy! Before I can eat two pieces of more no matter how big the size is. But right now, it’s just lucky if I can eat one whole piece. Acid is not good for my teeth and also for my stomach. And the worst, I easily get some mouth sore. Too bad! Well, I’ll just avoid this now that I’m old. Anyway, I enjoyed it years ago. Smiles!
