Confused

My friend is asking me about reversal payment since she is being deducted the amount of more than $10! And then I said, I experienced it also but it’s just $2 for this month. I don’t know with the previous month if I had a reversal payment in my account. She said that she’s sending a ticket asking the meaning of the reversal payments. I told her that if I will experience big amount, I will try to ask a clarification also and ask the meaning of that reversal thing! But I told her maybe the reason for that reversal payment is because they’ve sent more salary the previous months. Though, I’m not really sure of the meaning of that reversal thing. It’s kind of confusing I guess!
