Confusion is now solved

This is with regards to the reversal payments that my friend and I encountered. She said that she got a reply from the ticket that she sent. The answer to that reversal payment is that the company sent a double payment for her. And I guess that’s what happened with me also. So, the confusion is now solved! He-he-he! (Thanks friend for the info)
