Hot wheel hanger/case

This is the hot wheel hanger for my baby but he doesn’t know how to use it yet. Once I will arrange his hot wheel collections, he will whine and mixed up everything. What I did with this thing is I just put it away and save it for his use when he will grow bigger. But I guess I need to have another hanger for this since husband is always buying hot wheel collections for the baby.
